FAQ
Do I need any experience to join a trip?
No. Most kayaking tours are suitable for beginners. Before departure, the guide will provide clear instructions and safety information to ensure everyone feels comfortable and prepared.
Please also read the “Please note!” section below for additional information.
Can children join the kayaking tour?
Children aged 10 years and older can join a kayaking tour, but only if they are accompanied by an adult. For this reason, we do not offer tickets for children travelling alone.
For young people over 15 years old, a standard adult ticket must be purchased.
Do I need to be able to swim?
Although all participants are provided with a life jacket, all participants must be able to swim.
What if the weather is bad?
Kayaking tours usually operate in most weather conditions, including rain.
However, in case of strong winds or other conditions that may affect safety, the tour operator may need to cancel the planned tour. If this happens, you will of course receive a full refund, or you may choose to join another tour if available.
What should I wear?
We recommend bringing warm, windproof and waterproof clothing, as well as sturdy, waterproof shoes.
It is also a good idea to bring a set of dry clothes to change into after the tour, just in case.
Can I bring my camera or phone?
Absolutely – we understand that you would like to take photos to remember your kayaking experience.
However, we strongly recommend bringing a waterproof bag or container for cameras and other personal items. Please note that any personal belongings brought on the tour are your own responsibility.
I can’t find available tours
Please check the calendar to see which days tickets are available. If possible, try looking at other dates as well.
Why can’t I book a ticket for just one person?
The tour operator requires a minimum of two participants in order to run the tour. For this reason, single bookings are unfortunately not possible.
We understand that the ticketing system may seem a bit confusing, so here is a short guide:
- Tickets for 3 adults and 1 child
Choose 1 ticket “Two adults” and 1 ticket “Adult (15) + Child (10–14)”. - Tickets for 2 adults and 2 children
Choose 2 tickets “Adult (15) + Child (10–14)”. - Tickets for 3 adults

Choose 1 ticket “Adult (15) + Child (10–14)”, and after selecting the time slot you can add one “additional adult” ticket. - Tickets for 2 adults and 3 children
Unfortunately, this is not possible, as each child aged 10–14 must be accompanied by an adult.
