Are your tours and activities guided?

Most of our packages are not guided, while some of the products can have a guide. For detailed information about guiding, including language, please check the product or package description.

What are different age groups and prices for them?

The definition of age groups differs from product to products, and so does the minimum age for activities. Please refer to product or package descriptions for details. When booking a ticket, in case there are different prices for different age groups, you will be able to see them when you choose the participants in the booking process.

Do I have to book in advance?

We recommend to book the trip as soon as you have decided the travel date, as some of the products or packages might be sold out, especially during high season.

Can I travel with my dog?

Can I cancel my trip?

It is possible to cancel your trip. Terms and conditions for cancellation can be found here.

Do you offer cancellation protection?

We do not offer a cancellation protection, so we recommend everyone to buy a private travel insurance covering potential cancellation.
