Join the experienced guides from Folgefonni Breførarlag on an adventure on the Juklavassbreen glacier. Juklavassbreen is an arm of Folgefonna, Norway’s third-largest glacier. During the glacier hike from Jondal, you will fully explore the unique landscape, from easy ice plains to more challenging areas with exciting crevasses.
Lunch is enjoyed with a breathtaking view of the majestic Rosendal Alps and, on clear days, the North Sea in the distance.
Along the way, your guide will share insights about local cultural history, climate and glacier development, and the region’s physical geography and answer any questions you may have.
On the return journey, you will be accompanied by captivating views of the fjord landscape.

Wichtig zu wissen!!
Gäste müssen eine Mautgebühr entrichten, um das Resort zu erreichen. Die Straße zum Skizentrum ist eine Mautstraße, die von der Gemeinde Jondal betrieben wird. Die Gebühr beträgt 120 NOK pro Fahrzeug und beinhaltet das Parken sowie die Kosten für Schneeräumung und Instandhaltung.
Das Wetter auf dem Folgefonna-Gletscher kann zu dieser Jahreszeit stark schwanken. Deshalb ist es wichtig, genügend warme Kleidung, Sonnencreme und eine Sonnenbrille mitzubringen, um Komfort und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.
