Eidfjord

Eidfjord is the gateway to Hardangervidda, Norway’s largest national park. From here, you can visit the famous Vøringsfossen waterfall, explore mountain trails, or learn about local history at the Norwegian Nature Centre and Ravenheart. The fjord is perfect for kayaking, RIB boat tours, and fishing trips.

With easy access to nature and plenty of outdoor activities, Eidfjord is a great starting point for exploring Hardanger.

Experience Vøringsfossen in a way that very few visitors ever do. Instead of admiring Norway’s most famous waterfall from above, this guided adventure takes you deep into the dramatic Måbødalen gorge and right to the foot of the mighty falls.
